
Matt Birney was a Member of the West Australian Parliament for nearly eight years before voluntarily retiring at the 2008 election to pursue other interests.
During that time he held the positions of Leader of the Opposition, Shadow State Treasurer for Western Australia , Shadow Minister for Commerce and International Trade and Shadow Minister for Police .
Mr Birney is also the former Deputy Chairman of the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) Joint Standing Committee which is the body that has oversight responsibility for the “CCC”,
Prior to entering Parliament, Mr Birney commenced, owned and operated a string of successful businesses in various fields and he still maintains a number of private business interests today.
Mr Birney was also the founding Non-Executive Chairman of publicly listed carbon credit supplier, Carbon Conscious Ltd at the time of its listing and oversaw the signing of carbon credit supply contracts worth up to $180m when fully executed.
Matt Birney has a unique understanding of dealing with the Australian media and as the former Leader of the Liberal Party his knowledge of the workings of Government and his contact base within West Australian Government, media and industry circles will be beneficial to Coretrack Ltd as he steers the company through its commercialisation.
Mr Willesee is an experienced director and company secretary in the small capitalisation sector of the ASX and brings to Coretrack a broad range of experience in company administration, corporate governance and corporate finance. Mr Willesee holds a Bachelor of Business, Diploma in Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Business and a Master of Commerce.
Mr Willesee is currently a director of listed companies Base Resources Limited, Future Corporation Australia Limited and Newera Uranium Limited and is company secretary to a number of ASX listed companies.

Mr Beazley is the founder and Managing Director of Perth based corporate advisory firm Maiden Capital, specialising in ASX listings and capital raisings. Mr Beazley holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting and has over 15 years of public company and capital markets experience.
Mr Beazley also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Vmoto Limited. Mr Beazley’s experience and skills are complementary to and a great fit with the skill sets of the current Directors of Coretrack.

Ms Coates completed a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University in 1993 and has over 14 years experience in corporate law and compliance. Initially employed with the Perth based commercial law firm Jackson McDonald, Ms Coates went on to act as in-house Corporate Solicitor and Company Secretary to Sealcorp Holdings Limited (now ASGARD Wealth Solutions) and most recently as Compliance Counsel with Great Southern Limited. Ms Coates is currently employed as Legal & Compliance Counsel with Evolution Capital Partners and is also Company Secretary to the listed companies Coal of Africa Limited, Vmoto Limited and Ram Resources Limited
