Coretrack Pty Ltd was incorporated on 5 January 2005 and, following shareholder approval, was converted to a public company limited by shares on 3 November 2005, changing its name to Coretrack Ltd. On 31 August 2006 Coretrack Ltd listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, after raising $3.1 million in an oversubscribed initial public offering. There are currrently 47,928,504 fully paid ordinary Coretrack shares on issue (21,610,000 escrowed until 31 August 2008). The Company currently has market capitalisation of $8.6 million ($0.18/share).
