Coretrack Pty Ltd was incorporated on 5 January 2005 and, following shareholder approval, was converted to a public company limited by shares on 3 November 2005, changing its name to Coretrack Limited. On 31 August 2006, Coretrack Limited listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, after raising $3.1 million in an oversubscribed initial public offering. A further $500,000 was raised on 9 December 2008, and $750,000 on 7 May 2009.
There are currrently 55,929,399 fully paid ordinary Coretrack shares on issue (8 May 2009).
