Coretrack Pty Ltd was incorporated on 5 January 2005 and, following shareholder approval, was converted to a public company limited by shares on 3 November 2005, changing its name to Coretrack Limited. On 31 August 2006, Coretrack Limited listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.


There are currrently 125,395,711 fully paid ordinary CKK shares and 14,100,000 unlisted options over CKK shares on issue (22 July 2010).
